Service Charge

When you move into a Morris Residential property, you will be required to pay a service charge.

The charge will cover the cost of an Estate Manager, buildings insurance, the upkeep of all communal areas to include the gardens and courtyards and the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings’ exteriors (with the exception of Jukes Cottage at Cedar Court Retirement Apartments). The Estate Manager will take care of all this for you and will ensure that windows, doors and external woodwork are maintained to a high standard and gutters and drains are cleared regularly.

As an owner of the property, you will be responsible for your own council tax, energy bills and all internal decoration to your apartment or bungalow. Your property is your own home and you will be responsible for all day-to-day living requirements.
