When you move into your property at Radbrook House, you will be required to pay a service charge.
The charge will cover the cost of an Estate Manager, buildings insurance, the upkeep of all communal areas to include the maintenance and upkeep of the building’s exteriors and common areas. The Estate Manager will take care of all this for you and will ensure that windows, doors and external woodwork are maintained to a high standard and gutters and drains are cleared regularly.
As an owner of the property, you will be responsible for your own council tax, energy bills and all internal decoration to
your apartment. Your property is your own home and you will be responsible for all day-to-day living requirements.
