Are Morris Residential Homes expensive to purchase?

No. Morris Residential endeavours to provide competitively priced homes to suit the needs of its market.

What does the service charge cover?

The service charge covers the cost of the maintenance of the exterior of all properties (with the exception of Jukes Cottage in Cedar Court Retirement Apartments) and the upkeep of all communal areas on the Estate, including the gardens, courtyards and communal rooms such as the laundry and dining room. The charge also covers the cost of providing the emergency call system, buildings insurance, Estate Manager and one hour of personal care per week.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We understand how important pets are in many people’s lives and welcome you to bring him or her with you when you move in. For the benefit of those who may not be fond of animals, we ask that new pets are not acquired.

Are there any restrictions for ownership of a Morris Residential home?

Yes. The apartments shall be for people aged 65 and over and/or in need of personal care.
